We help you choose the right patch style for your logo and hat, and work with our supplier to get your patch produced. If something about your artwork needs adjusting, we’ll let you know.

Approve & We Heat Press Your Order

Once your patches arrive and you’ve approved your quote, we heat press them onto your hats. Most orders are ready within 2 weeks.

Patches start at $18 per hat with a minimum order of 12. Final pricing varies based on patch style, size, and quantity.

A Few Things Worth Knowing Before You Order

All patches are heat pressed onto your item — they cannot be stitched on. Heat pressed patches are durable and long-lasting when cared for properly, but there are a few things to keep in mind:

• Patches are best suited for hats and bags
• We do not recommend patches on items that will be frequently washed, as repeated washing can affect adhesion over time
• If you’re unsure whether patches are right for your item, just ask — we’ll give you an honest answer
