Run a Custom Apparel Fundraiser - We Handle Everything, You Earn Money Back
We build the store, design the artwork, print the apparel and deliver the orders. You promote it and we send you a check for 20% of total sales. That’s it!
Fundraising Shouldn’t Be This Hard
Collecting cash and checks from dozens of people. Tracking sizes on paper forms. Hoping you ordered enough of each size. Storing boxes of leftover inventory nobody wanted. Missing out on sales because people couldn’t order after the deadline passed.
Your group deserves better — and your supporters deserve an easier way to help.
HERE’S WHAT WORKS BEST
We launch a custom online store for your fundraiser — fully stocked with t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and whatever else your supporters want to buy. Your community browses, orders, and pays online. You share the link and promote the fundraiser. That’s it!
We handle the design work, the printing, the packing, and the delivery. Two weeks after the store closes, your organization receives a check for 20% of total sales. No inventory risk, no money collection, no hassle.

How It Works
1.
Apply For An Online Store
Tell us about your project — what hat style you’re interested in, your logo, and how many you need. Minimum order is 12 patches.
2.
We Build Your Store, You Promote It
We design your artwork, build your store, and launch it live. You promote it!
3.
We Print, Pack, and Deliver Everything
After your store closes, we produce all the apparel and deliver the completed orders to your designated contact for distributing (or ship it if that’s preferred). Total turnaround time is approximately two weeks from store closet to delivery.

Want a Higher Kickback Percentage?
We can accommodate a higher payout percentage upon request. Product prices in your store will be adjusted upward by the corresponding amount to cover the difference. Contact us to discuss.
HOW MUCH DOES MY ORGANIZATION EARN?
Your organization earns 20% of total sales if your fundraiser meets the 25-piece minimum across all products. If the order total does not meet the 25-piece minimum, the payout is 10% of total sales instead.
The payout is calculated on total sales (the full purchase price supporters pay). Your check is issued after production is complete and orders are delivered.
Example: If your store generates $2,000 in total sales and meets the 25-piece minimum, your organization receives $400.
Common Questions About Fundraisers
What’s the minimum order for a fundraiser?
25 pieces total across all products. If this is not met, the fundraiser still runs but the payout drops from 20% to 10%. If you don’t expect 25 total orders, this program may not be the right fit.
How long will the store be open?
Stores are open for two weeks. After the closing date, no new orders can be accepted.
Can customers return or exchange items?
Because all items are custom-produced to order, we cannot accept size exchanges or returns. If an item arrives with a production defect — incorrect colors, print error, or damaged garment — we will replace it at no charge.
How does delivery work?
We deliver completed orders to your designated contact for distribution. Individual shipping to supporters is available for an additional charge. Supporters can also pick up orders directly from our shop in Lewistown if preferred.
When will orders be ready?
Production takes approximately two weeks after the store closes, depending on order volume. Total timeline from store launch to delivery is approximately four weeks.

Can we accept late orders after the store closes?
The store closing date is a hard deadline. In rare cases, a last-minute order placed within a day or two of closing may be accommodated — contact us directly. Orders placed after that cannot be added.
Do we need to own the rights to our logo or artwork?
Yes. You are responsible for ensuring your organization owns the rights to any logos, images, or designs submitted. Licensed images (professional sports team logos, branded trademarks, etc.) cannot be used.
Do you provide marketing materials to promote the fundraiser?
Yes! We’ll provide a simple marketing kit with social media graphics, email copy, and flyers you can use to spread the word.
